ORDER PROCESSING

You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order has been submitted.  Please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly. If this is not received within 5 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.

IF ITEM IS IN STOCK

Order is generally shipped during the 24 hours following the order placement, weekends and holidays excluded. You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email when your parcel has been sent. 

WHEN ITEM IS MADE TO ORDER

Items that are made-to-order generally take 1-3 weeks to be created in our workroom, depending on the style and our schedule. You will receive an email confirming your order and an email when your parcel has been sent. If you are wanting your parcel by a certain date, get in touch, most of the time we can make it happen!

SHIPPING

When your item is marked as shipped, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days (within New Zealand). 

We offer free NZ shipping for all orders.

Rest of the world we have a a flat rate of $20, expect delivery within 3-7 working days.

Please note that we cannot ship or process orders on weekends or Public Holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can check the current status of your shipment by using the tracking number on the New Zealand Courier website: www.nzcourier.co.nz simply type in your unique tracking number which we emailed to you.
SHOWROOM PICKUP

You can pickup your order at our showroom in Auckland (136B Newton Road, Eden Terrace). You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up from the showroom. Email us to arrange a pickup time.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at shop@celinerita.com and we will investigate this for you.  Please note that it can take a few days to resolve so please bear with us.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS OF YOUR ORDER

If you wish to modify your order after it has been submitted, please email shop@celinerita.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS OF YOUR ORDER INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS

If you have received an incorrect item or your item/s arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at shop@celinerita.com to let us know. We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip if possible.

We will take responsibility for the shipping costs of returning incorrect or damaged items.

Céline Rita accepts the following payment methods:

  • Gift cards purchased from Céline Rita

Céline Rita does not accept cheques or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order, with the exception of credit notes and gift cards.

AFTERPAY T&C'S

AfterPay allows you to complete (and receive!) your purchase and make equal fortnightly payments directly to AfterPay.

Purchases can be made using AfterPay for values up to $1,200.

AfterPay customers must; be over 18 years of age, have a New Zealand residential address and have a debit or credit card.
