 RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Under the New Zealand Law we are obligated to exchange or refund your purchase only if the garment is faulty. To make a return or exchange you will need to contact  Céline Rita with the reason for return or exchange, and send the garment back within 7 days of receiving the order. 

EXCHANGES
Please note we can only exchange items for a different size. When requesting your purchase, please specify the size you require. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. 

GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit. The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for 3 months. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt. 

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to your Pay Pal account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your return may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged. Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination. Celine Rita wishes you contact her for returns at celine@celinerita.com in relations to such returns. Address for all returns is “Returns, CELINE RITA, 136B Newton Road, Eden Terrace, 1010 Auckland, New Zealand”. Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning items to us. 

OUR POLICY
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all CELINE RITA and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please email celine@celinerita.com immediately if any of your purchases have been delivered without a CELINE RITA tag. 

LATE RETURNS
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying Celine Rita. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of CELINE RITA and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that returns requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion. 

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or your mishandling are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. 

SHIPPING

NZ delivery - Free 1-3 working day delivery (includes tracking and insurance)

Australia delivery - $20 2-4 working days (includes tracking and insurance)

Rest of the world - $60 3-7 days (includes tracking and insurance)

  1. Orders placed with Celine Rita will be processed within standard working hours. any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.
  2. Delivery times are an approximate guide only.
  3. A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
  4. Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance. You will be emailed these details once you order has been dispatched.
  5. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Celine Rita takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
